TheKpnair It's a lower facial nerve palsy. Look it up.

He has congenital unilateral lower lip palsy, so the lower left corner of his mouth doesn't move. Because the contralateral (opposite side) muscles and nerves are fine, his mouth moves to the right instead of just down when he shouts, smiles, chews food or does something like that.
