Milo I have been following you for a couple years now, and quite a bit this summer. I shot a pretty low score just the other day and it has been because of this channel. The biggest thing for me was getting the trail arm below the lead arm at impact. It removed the pulls that hurt my game. The thing I concentrated on was the trail shoulder. It seems simple, but just concentrating on that being below my lead shoulder at impact changed my game. This one thing started to bring in activating my rib cage and upper torso to control that trail shoulder path. I will keep watching the Gold you put out here. Thanks for all these videos.

This is great to hear Jack! That can be an effective feel for what we discuss on this channel. This video further illuminates this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZnjKlWlpiNmWeqM ...If I can ever be of further help to you in learning to Swing Like an Athlete, please do check out my website at milolinesgolf.com for in-person or online lessons, golf schools, or to become a member of my Online Academy.

Your baseball philosophy has helped me a lot. I started golf with a baseball swing and sliced terribly. Initially mostly because of swing plane/over the top. But I figured that out and only recently noticed that the occasional slice is due to trail wrist going back to “under the bat” at impact and hitting like a hammer, which opens the face WIDE. That’s a big thing I’m working on since I’ll be having a good round then out of nowhere hit a giant slice with a pitch or chip shot. That does not help my score. Anyway, I spent years trying to suppress my baseball instincts and trying to do more armsy swings. That def works, but I can’t hit far that way. Thanks to you, I feel like I finally have “permission” to use those childhood athletic instincts instead of a million compensations. EDIT: I just noticed with some practice swings if I make my lead grip strong enough, it’s pretty much impossible to open the face with the trail wrist at impact.

Great video, just curious is that mountain range behind you the same one they filmed in MASH?

Not sure on Mash, I doubt, but it is Superstition Mountain in Gold Canyon, Arizona.

@@MiloLinesGolf Cheers mate thanks! Btw - You're videos helped me to win my Club Championship this year!! Thank you so much!!! The biggest thing I've learned is how to hit from the inside. Your teachings made that possible and the quality and consistency of my ball striking has improved out of site as a former slicer! Can't thank you enough guys!!!

Is Henry wearing some Jordan's? They match his cap perfectly 🔥

Yes, although we've converted to True Linkswear over the past few years.

@MiloLinesGolf I have a pair of those and I love them. You don't have to change shoes when leaving the course and can just go about your day.

Makes no sense" the right forearm is right down the shaft". There's a huge angle between the two. You have to flip hard to get the right forearm and shaft to match at impact position.

@@jaywatson9493 I’ve taught thousands of students and have never seen a flipper line the trail arm up.

@@MiloLinesGolf it's a reverse 'k' at impact. The right forearm and the shaft are at two different angles. What are you talking about?

@MiloLinesGolf Got it, we don't know technical terms so right forearm lined up with the shaft was the confusing part.
