RIP, Mr. Forman. As a Slovak, born in 1982 Czechoslovakia, I am proud to be his compatriot!

@@thisisfunny2234 You don't get the guy's message. The point is that we were one country when Forman and the poster were born. He is clearly aware that Forman was Czech, hence the emphasis that he was born in 1982, when the Czechs and Slovaks were compatriots in one country.

Mr.Allen I wish you and I could have a deep and detailed discussion about the film because I’ve grown to love it in the last couple years what with the pandemic limiting activities but more than that I’ve developed an appreciation For Mozart Deeper than ever before so hopefully someday we’ll have that chance

Milos Forman was an excellent director. He totally deserved those Oscars for directing Amadeus and One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.

You uploaded this the day after he died. I dudnt hear about it but in the first minute Dave says "You can die a happy man" and Milos answers with "but why should I die?". So I check google to see if hes alive and he just passed on two days ago. Weird. At least he lived a good 30 years after asking Dave why!

Cutting those 3 scene in Cuckoo's Nest would have completely ruined the film.

That's unpopular to say in America right now. Sadly the Universities here preach the benefits of communism, so you'll see many apologist comments to statements like this.

The situation about smoking went now so bad in Czech Republic, that you are not allowed to smoke in a pub even if the owner of the pub dont mind you are smokin. And Miloš used to smoke in the airplanes. That is funny. Anyway AMADEUS is for me one of the best films I have ever seen.
