Dear people of Iran, you are hiding treasures, truly a history that rivals Romans. I was planning 10 day tour of Iran but just realized need 10 days just to visit places in Shiraz, love your heritage.

I was in Iran for ten years, the beauty of each city is amazing.. Shiraz is famous for roses, beautiful flowers. The roads are lined with fruit trees, specialy mulberry trees,I have seen white and green mulberry i was in awe... The Caspian sea side is very striking and we went to the mountain sides very very beautiful with huge fig trees in the jungle, can't imagine.. The palace of the then king is so fascinating,I could not take my eyes off it... I can go on and on there is no stopping. The people are very friendly and specially with Indians, specially from Hyderabad.... It's an amazing country....

«The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. Abraham begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat Judas and his brethren; And Judas begat Phares and Zara of Thamar; and Phares begat Esrom; and Esrom begat Aram; And Aram begat Aminadab; and Aminadab begat Naasson; and Naasson begat Salmon; And Salmon begat Booz of Rachab; and Booz begat Obed of Ruth; and Obed begat Jesse; And Jesse begat David the king; and David the king begat Solomon of her that had been the wife of Urias; And Solomon begat Roboam; and Roboam begat Abia; and Abia begat Asa; And Asa begat Josaphat; and Josaphat begat Joram; and Joram begat Ozias; And Ozias begat Joatham; and Joatham begat Achaz; and Achaz begat Ezekias; And Ezekias begat Manasses; and Manasses begat Amon; and Amon begat Josias; And Josias begat Jechonias and his brethren, about the time they were carried away to Babylon: And after they were brought to Babylon, Jechonias begat Salathiel; and Salathiel begat Zorobabel; And Zorobabel begat Abiud; and Abiud begat Eliakim; and Eliakim begat Azor; And Azor begat Sadoc; and Sadoc begat Achim; and Achim begat Eliud; And Eliud begat Eleazar; and Eleazar begat Matthan; and Matthan begat Jacob; And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ. So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations. Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily. But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.» (Gospel - Matthew - Chapter: 1)

It depends which part of Iran we’re talking about. Iran is a large country with multiple types of landscapes and climates, not all of which I’d deem as "austere", btw not even the landscape of Shiraz and Fars region in general would be qualified as such in my book, those aren’t even the most arid places in Iran and some areas of it are very lush, green and colourful if anything

@fermatichebellosei1595 I did substantial business in Iran in the 1990s. I had a delightful interpreter who became our agent. His family had sent him to a US uni to escape the Iran/ Iraq war. We became close friends. He took my wife and I to the Caspian Sea, Isfahan, Shiraz, Tabriz, as well as all around Tehran. We were rece tly on an extended tour of China. We were ama,ed at how many young people spoke English, having been taught in school. They wanted to show off their skills, or prCtice them, and just converse with us, since we were showing an interest in them.

Lovely people are one thing. Governments another. You simply don't know as a Westerner what might happen if you travel to China. If the political winds blow in the wrong direction, the government of China may decide to abduct and imprison you as a form of putting pressure on your government to yield. It's a terrible but successful ploy. You won't reflect back on China with nostalgia beauty after your release.

The Persian architecture is very interesting and curious,I like the gardens, tiles and cities like Isfahan,Yazd,Shiraz and Nishapur are very beautiful, I recommend Nishapur,is a beautiful city and you can go sightseeing in the roads and monuments in this city, and go around too, near to Nishapur you can visit a important mountains of Iran and archeological sites. The geography of Iran is very complicated for the abundant mountains and abrupt relieve, the Caspian sea in north of Iran is a biggest lake in the world with 370 000 square kilometers and hier is located the city of Ramsar,is very famous for Ramsar convention that protects the wetlands. Other place that I recommend in Iran is Ormuz Island, the Red island located in Persian gulf and is famous for the beaches with red sands, also, there are persons that like of natural spaces,I like the nature and curious places, in Iran you can visit the Kavir desert and Golestan National Park, is very beautiful and examples of touristic attractions in Golestan National Park are Lowe Waterfall, Aladagh mountains and Yaman Daghi and others. Khar Turan National Park is the biggest national park in Iran, but I prefer Lar National Park in Mazandaran Province, you can visit Shahandasht waterfall, Carrot Plains,Gole Zard cave,Zaman Valley and Deryouk falls, near tho Tehran is located the Khojir National Park. I am from Costa Rica, but I like the nature and know about countries.

Hi Hector, You sounded like a well travelled knowledgeable grown up person in your comment, not like a 16 years old teen. It’s fascinating you are so young, but have serious ambitions, and direction, what you would like to do. Stay focused. I love young people with dreams, and goals. I am an elderly, and have travelled the world, but have not been yet in Iran. But definitely will visit on my pending journey back home to Europe. The kind l travel is not to see everything in a few days, rush here and there to say l have seen it. I stay usually in one place l choose, and explore everything about this particular place, how the people live, why they live like they do, the architecture, the education, what the children do, what people think, the landscape, the habits,...and so on. To explore other lifestyles, religions, cultures opens the mind, gives joy, and let us understand, we are all the same people wanting to live with love, in peace and harmony, surrounded by beauty, and knowledge, working in professions helping, protecting humanity. You are a good boy. Go for your dreams. Greetings from Australia, Melbourne.

Thank you for the humanitarian help your country provided for the poor advised people on board. 🙏👍🌞❤️ Greetings from Melbourne, AUS
