Same with the Battle(s) of Dongola which stopped the spread of the Caliphate down into Eastern and Central Africa. They were the first major defeat of the Caliphate war machine.

it would be great if you could get Ras Benji on the show - he is the Rasta historian & tour guide at Fairfield house in Bath in England , the former home of his Imperial Majesty while the Italians had invaded Ethiopia . he is doing a hour long talk at Bath university today about " do you know what Haile Selassie did " and their are educational open to the public tours of the house on Sundays most weeks

The history of the land of Ethiopia is long, filled with trade and alliances with the colonizers. Hence the lighter Ethiopians that we see today.

People need to also remember Menelik II distanced himself and Ethiopians from other Africans, explicitly

I wonder what was the reason for him doing so. From a documentary that I saw on Netflix entitled " Journey Of An African Colony" I learnt that Africans played a role in the or colonisation of Africa and even the capture of Africans for slavery was made possible by Africans who side with the invading Europeans.

That doesn't distinguish that all black and brown people come from "black source" I'm not sure what you're referring to. Yeah all humans are related for sure just don't get the point of the black source thing really. I'm not sure if color designates the same group of people being related. Knowing that all humans are related then what does black source Have to do with anything? Since all humans are related then any person can have any skin color or hair color that's known unless there is a mutation or lack of genetic variation when reproducing.

Why is there always some idiot troll in the comments looking to set up a straw man argument? The subject of THIS conversation is an instance of a Black/African army crushing Europe’s centuries long reign of white supremacist terror over Africa.
