They don't want to (and are not mentally able to) put days, weeks, months and years of relentless practice to get better at something - the self satisfaction of that is absent. 2) In the mid - late 2000's a handful of giant media conglomerates bought out 90% of the video game industry, which by then was turning billions of dollars of profits and was recognized by the elite as a viable industry to "purchase". They are interested in making money, not in pushing boundaries and innovating video games as an art form, therefore 90% of new titles are slow, easy, boring, casual, repetitive and as a result ... big sellers.

Altjho I never played this game, I found it weird how Milton is playing, like he is firing the LG sometimes, and it still hits when it's not even on the enemy player? WTF.. even in QL or the other ones, that would seem weird to me.

Could be QW's client-prediction logic. The client predicts where the enemy is most likely to be in the next frame. But the actual collisions are calculated on the server. If movement is unexpected you'll get anomalies.

quake world 2.21 is the best game ever made. 2.3 fixed some bugs that no one wanted fixed.

Piff Smith actually, locktar was just... locked. Simple as that, and there’s nothing wrong with that happening in a duel, when an opponent gains complete advantage over the other and sometimes breaking through such control is impossible. It’s a miracle that locktar made it out.
