That cart isn’t meant to go in 45 degree mode. It’s a 2 in 1, not a 3 in 1. If you want 45 degree mode I recommend the Milwaukee 4 in 1.

@bon2198, thank you for your assistance! However, it does "work" at that 45 degree angle. Do you suggest against using it that way for safety reasons? If so, present a rationale and I may edit this video to prevent leading others astray.
