I've never seen these Milwaukee linemans in person before, I've only seen them online. I've never seen any electricians or plumbers carry the Milwaukee pliers in their tool pouch either. Here's an idea. Since Milwaukee and Carlyle are both trying so hard to make inroads into the electrical tool market. Maybe you should go to NAPA and get a pair of Carlyle linemans pliers and then make a "Milwaukee vs Carlyle" comparison video pulling out nails, cutting different metals and twisting on wire nuts. Pit these two brands against each other and See which brand come out on top.

I would like to know how well those pliers do at pulling cable and wire through various lengths of conduit as well as through wall cavities and things of that nature. I have multiple pairs of linesman pliers now they're all different sizes but I want one with a 90 degree curve at the end of one handle making it easier while pulling I noticed those did not have a curve at the end of either handle neither do any of the ones that I've currently have I wonder if Milwaukee offers a pair like that I know Irwin does the problem I have with the Irwin offering that has the curved handle is it don't quite open up wide enough for the size that they are. Also was wondering do those Milwaukee linesman have the style handle that incorporates the place to put the fish tape to grab and pull it at the top of the handle right before the pivot

When it comes to Linesman though, I will ONLY use Knipex...In the Sparky world, Klein's are the king....But, For the same amount of money, sometimes less, you can get a better cutting, lighter in weight (Knipex linesman weight 9oz, any other is almost a pound or more), better feeling pair of pliers with Knipex...I can def agree I am a dipped handle dude. I think these cushion or comfort grips are just too bulky. The dipped handles help the tool slide in and out of your pocket or pouch easier. They also wear nicely and get that 'film crust' over them over the years....

@aaronkirby19953 жыл бұрын
These aren’t bad. They aren’t Klein’s but then again they aren’t quite the price of Klein’s. If there was a weak point it would be the cutting jaws. My $9 Quinn harbor freight Lineman’s Pliers cut better. The fit and finish are nice and if you’re all about Milwaukee you’ll like the red dipped handles. @sknight03915 жыл бұрын
It's my understanding that the Milwaukee's carry a "hassle-free" warranty. You can take them to any place that sells Milwaukee, and has the same tool on the shelf, and swap it out no questions asked. Which is something that has gotten a lot of Klein guys to jump the fence now that Klein has gotten a lot pickier with their warranty exchanges. I don't want to pay 20 plus dollars for one single tool and then get a hassle if I ever have to swap it out.
