you did not run out of battery. The battery went into over heat protection and stooped working until the battery cools down. A dead battery is a bilking 1 bar

My local home hardware has the CAT tools in store now. With brushless ryobi and those you might as well throw the ridgid away

I cut with this chainsaw non stop throught 8 twelve ah batteries the chainsaw never stop the 12 ah don't overheated easily but the other HO does its a nice compact chainsaw and got torque for sure .

So, I don’t know much about chainsaws but is that a lot of oil it went through? Also did the oil splatter everywhere? We had a different brand chainsaw and it splattered oil EVERYWHERE! All over rocks, sidewalk… returned it same day

The oil doesn’t splatter everywhere. It lubricates the chain well and consistently. I didn’t notice the oil being splattered every where after finishing the video. Hope that helps. The oil hasn’t leaked either since I unboxed it and filled the reservoir.

I use Stihl Platinum bar and chain oil. It is thicker, and clings, like engine assembly lube. A little expensive, but worth it.

Appx. 2 hours. That's about how long it took me to get the content. I'd say you get about 45mins - 1 Hour of continuous run time.
