Gave you a thumbs-up within a few seconds just because of no bullshit intro music or other crap. Stayed for the full video and am pleased I did. Thanks for a no nonsense test of the tool. Thinking safety first is always great, but it is most likely a pressurized cannister and will stand burning for at least a few minutes, most likely more. A few sparks won't be a risk unless it's leaking.

I picked up their weed trimmer a few months ago as a kit with the 9.0 amp-hr battery and rapid charger. For as much as I liked the battery (and the trimmer), the rapid charger was noticeably faster than the M18 charger that came with my impact wrench. Makes me want to check out the 12 amp-hr battery that’s used with their new chain saw and table saw!

Just picked up a 2880-20. Curious - the molex connection for the battery on the tool itself has a lot of wiggle to it. Seems as though it slides side to side and is spring loaded. Very loose compared to connection on drill or impact driver - both of which have a little play, but much stiffer. Is this by design for vibration isolation? Does yours do this? I’m not talking about the battery movement itself - which does have side to side play. I’m talking about the connector on the tool itself. Thanks
@ftlaud9116 жыл бұрын
They make a couple versions. Are you happy with the paddle switch? I went with the on off switch model (2781) so I didn't have to worry about holding down the switch while using. Curious on your opinion.Think there are three models - on/off, paddle, paddle with brake.

at first after it appeared on the market in eastern europe milwauke was a bit lesser known ... after a while it was known that it is an American company .. I thought it was something especially top American technology and expectations were high ... after for a while I was able to get a more accurate impression of milwaukee products .... made in china .. poor quality visible from the materials used in the case ... tools almost new or little used fails give way to the complex electronics brushless motors ... of course it fell from the top of the best tools ... just like most brands although they have good performance and even better than those of the old generation are worse in terms of quality ... can no longer be called heavy duty tools .... a lot of design and advertising / marketing of trickery and theft ... to this famous brand .... closed batteries without ventilation for cooling / chargers without cooling fans ???? only now I saw that they took out a huge charger with cooling fan for high capacity batteries ... as if they made a great technological discovery .... what about the tools that don't need of large batteries ..with 5 ah batteries that do not have ventilation holes or chargers for them remain the same without fan ... I am sorry for the city and the factory with this beautiful American name and for the possible tradition of the quality of American products ...

Actually, gloves can fill another function that alot of people forget; microvibrations is also an HSE-issue. Maybe not as much for the DIY-guy as for the professional, but in the long term they will cause nerve damages.
