I’m the exact same way. I clean and take care of my tools and items b/c I worked hard for them. Others can judge but at the end of the day they are my tools and if you take care of them they will last.

One of the blow-hards on my crew asked me if I clean my tools every night when I get home. Nope. Before I go home. They don't go back in the box messy. I'm not looking to keep a sawdust collection from every job I've ever been on in my tool box, especially the red ones. To each, their own I suppose. I like being able to find everything and know if I'm missing something at a glance Thanks for this review. I've had some lesser quality lined lunchboxes. I destroy them. I would be very upset to rip this one, and I know myself, I would eventually. I'm still kicking around the idea of the actual cooler. It's funny you mentioned camping. I see more packouts at camp sites than work sites. One guy had the radio, cooler and the light. I asked what he did for work and he said he was an accountant.

I've had it for a year and the whole time I wish someone would just steal it. It's heavy by itself. It would be nice if there was a plastic shell for the food storage area. I think its a lazy design especially for what I paid for it. Probably one of the biggest wastes of money I've ever spent. If anyone important reads this, you know im right about this bag/box.

Amen to keeping your tools and tool boxes clean brother! I'm the exact same way and I also get teased for it. But I'm still in my trades and most of those guys come and go so quick I forget I ever worked with them. I have had mine for about 3 to 4 years now and it's unfortunately starting to show it's age but for using it day in and out that's not too bad.

Do you think the front pocket could fit an iPad? My job gave me an iPad for looking at blueprints. I've been needing a new lunchbox, and I wanted one that could fit an iPad. I just bought a Packout system today. I looked for the small white lid box. But they didn't have it in stock. So I'm considering this one now that I've seen this video.
