I like the pack out dolly. Also, I can see plates being used in the back of a van or ute on the floor with the packout system to hold everything in place whilst driving. Minus using it on the wheeled base, as that can be strapped in place...

I got 7 packout wall mounts install in my 2017 Ford Transit low roof. I use the wall mounts to hold my XL , which hold my camping supplies. And I when I do contracting work, I can move the XL boxes around in my van to free up space. The pack out mounts are versatile 👍

I have 1 mounted on the floor of my trailer. I have 15 storage packouts on it. Keeps the stack from falling over. I most certainly don’t have the room to make a wall like that, though I wish I did.

I have a differing opinion to contrast all the comments in this section. I have a work van that has some coves that would otherwise get covered with liner. It’s space lost and I need as much floor space as possible in order to transport valuable art, and be able to safely move around it. I also have to carry tools and hardware to be able to install these said artworks and these packout wall systems are perfect for my use. So I love the wall system you have going, I find that when purchasing tools they usually wind up paying for themselves. I have already purchased 2 of these wall plates after weeks of deliberating. I will probably purchase more once the first two are installed and I see how they function. Might even post a video . Thanks for sharing your setup!

When the mount plates are fitted directly above another one is it still possible to remove the box from the one below of that makes sense?

How do you hang a 20" tote on the the packout wall you built?

This is a neat idea but i think dewalt outshines this with thier wall racks for thier tool boxes. You can get them for garages and vans I bought a stacking rolling system and took it back the next day is i had to take all the boxes off the top to get to the bottom box.PIA!! Good only for transporting. Im surprised Milwauke hasnt got a similar system, maybe a patent issue

I'd forget the wall thing. That is only good in a shop that is for looks of maybe if you had a screw box with the m12 tool that goes with it (think rivets and gun, tapcon and hammer drill, sheet metal screws and impact driver). I would use those to put on the UNDERSIDE of my tabletops. Then just reach under to get what I need. Or build a drawer system like another comment suggested.

@@Protoolreviews ofcoarse it wouldnt be as strong, secure, or lock into place. I was just thinking of the packout dolly and how they have the single rack for hanging the crate or whatever for small or lighter things. Just wondering if its possible cause i would be happy with it for a couple scenarios i can think of for me atleast. Thanks

I use it to have my crate in my room and my wife will put my random tools around the house in the crate rather than just on my desk, chair, floor

Has anyone tested this out on a work van? I'm afriad of hitting a bump and all of it come falling down. I like the tough system for it's locking arms but the pack out offers so much

I have installed a couple in my work van. The foot print is too big for tight applications. It should be no bigger than a pack out also load rating is to low for wall mount. Expected more for $30.

As a Milwaukee product user, I'm not "excited at all" with the hype your spinning on this particular item. It simply looks like some company designer, trying to justify his/her existence with the Corp. by coming up with "something". I know of No-One who has the wall space and money to waste on this product. There are many inexpensive ways to hang a hardware bin on a wall without spending $30+. Your enthusiasm makes you sound like your a "snake oil salesmen" trying to get us to spend money unnecessarily. Did Milwaukee provide you with all those mounting plates? This is the first time I haven't liked one of your posts. You haven't lost me as a subscriber, but come on, you know better than this.....👎

@@Protoolreviews I truly understand the frustrations of trying to find a specific type of fastener when you've got dozens upon dozens of different types and there in a myriad of boxes/carriers. I like the packout rolling products that Milwaukee and DeWalt for tools and such. I just cannot get excited about this item, especially at its cost. This is simply one of those times when we'll have "to agree to disagree". Still appreciate the time and effort you put in to producing your channel.👍

I will put this in the roof of my van, for those times where you need the floor space but dont have the room. Ofc load it 2-300% heavier than rated hehe
