Several calls to Milwaukee to order some replacement parts for this toolchest. After several calls to their phone center to order by phone (since they don't have a website to order from) they can't manage to process this simple order. Clearly they are not set up to stand behind these products. I would be a bigger fool to ever buy their stuff again.
