MIMA'S THEME ON PIANO!!
Complete Darkness is the final boss theme of Touhou 2, and one of the greatest PC-98 songs ever! Simple tune with a simple progression, but that's exactly what makes it so good. It's honestly kind of insane to think that ZUN was already writing such bangers during his humble beginnings. What a genius!

I'm waiting for a cover of The Concealed Four Seasons, IMO one of the most underrated stage 6 boss theme. People are complaing that it's too calm for a final boss theme and it's similar to Necrofantasia, but when you think about it, it makes sense why it's not as loud as lets say Pure Furies and Entrusting the World to Idols (Okina was not taking the protagonist seriously), and it's similarities to Necrofantasia is mainly because both Yukari and Okina are sages

As someone who survived this game long enough to CCed it a few times, it's really difficult to convey how this track makes me feel. You fight your way through this increasingly dangerous, increasingly hostile world full of enemies that become more and more alien and intimidating, and once you manage to get through all of those challenges, you're met this THIS theme. The theme tells you that you've SURVIVED the challenges to get here, and these are the final moments. This is serious. This is what you fought to get here for, and success or failure is entirely on your shoulders. Every time I hear Mima's boss music from TH2 I can't help but feel the sense of impending dread of her fight.

Man, you described it perfectly! TH2 is so underrated. Considering it was the first shmup in the series, it's pretty good besides the obvious technical limitations. I enjoy playing it from time to time.

After rewatch, I noticed you have the exact same Marisa fumo as me. Literally, I had her side by side and I couldn't tell the difference between them Edit: Also, I noticed the sleeves were shoved in as well. It took me 5 months to notice, but you can pull the sleeves out and the shirt will look waay better! just in case they are actually the same one from the same seller
