Hi I've just changed my cjv150 over to 4 colour system from 8 colour. The now 5 of the 8 channels don't show up in test print. It's on ss21 ink could you offer any advice 🙏

My mimaki only print on a uni directional mode. In a bi direction the black appears on the yellow. Can you help? They said that I have to buy a new head. Thank you sir. ❤
