Thanks for the review. Question. You said that you don't recommend flame polishing. In post production we use laser cutting/engraving machines for puzzles, etc. on acrylic. A result of the pieces' edge is the flame polished look. Are you saying that the this process can damage the co-extruded layer? This also prompts me to ask, is this model or brand of Acrylite Cast or Extruded acrylic? Thanks!

Laser cutting ACRYLITE® digital print is fine. ACRYLITE® has done it a number of times on DP (and our application specialist did on their POP display for the webinar as well) and it turns out great. The problem with flame polishing is that when the flame laps over onto a surface it damages the printable layer. The two operations have some similarities but the laser cutting is more controlled and shouldn’t be a problem with DP. ACRYLITE® digital print is an extruded product.
