On May 17, @Koreaboo reported developments in the lawsuit between Min Hee Jin and HYBE at the Seoul Central District Court. Min Hee Jin, who previously filed an injunction to stop her dismissal by HYBE, is now accusing the company of sabotage, threats, and mistreatment towards the idol group NewJeans.

Yep, this Min Hee cat is flicking all the spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks. And she's one delulu cat. And if New Jeans made a dumb statement saying they can't function without Min Hee, they just pulled the plug on their careers! This is how investores will look at them. If Min Hee should be involved in any accident that sends her to the bright world, then New Jeans would be a group without worth. Hence, they cut their own thro4t. Not smart at all. They may think they are showing loyalty, but what it really is showing investors is your lack of worth.

The ostensible issues at issue in the trial are likely to be whether there was a serious breach of trust and contract issues. The more important issues that need to be uncovered as root causes are: Fraudulent marketing such as hoarding of HYBE, concept imitation techniques, pressure on TV stations, etc. For the sustainable development of the KPOP industry, I would like these issues to be clearly clarified in court.

The message came across and has been refuted and proven incorrect. Just because you make a claim doesn't make it true. You need the evidence to back it up. Hybe opened up their books but Min Hee? Still waiting for that laptop aren't we? Also if your talking about the over selling of albums to distribution it's an industry standard practice and Hybe did nothing wrong. She knew this because New Jeans did the same thing in Japan. What Min Hee's problem is, she wants everything available to New Jeans only. And take press releases. The one she's complaining about. She wanted only New Jeans press release to go on the specific day but 9 other press releases also needed to go. Should the world stop for New Jeans? All this is smoke and mirrors for something else because these issues are nonsensical and shouldn't even be brought up in a court of law. Especially Bang P. D. Not greeting them. I'm sure the suffer from the same 21st century illness called SELFIMPORTANCE brought about by cell phones and social media. New Jeans doesn't have to remember as many people as he does and if they did any investigation into the matter there a good reason why he doesn't get close or acknowledge or greet younger talent. (Look it up yourself it's not hard to find.) Or, and here's an amazing thought, they could have asked. I watched a short film titled "The boss didn't say hi this morning " This guy was used to getting a jovial greeting from his boss every morning. One day he was ignored and the boss brushed angrily past him. The man spent an awful day at work wondering what he had done to anger him. It was on a Friday and he tortured himself about it all weekend until he was physically sick and the doctor had to be called for. The doctor was stumped but gave him some tranquizers. The man decided to quit his job. He wrote a letter to his boss and gave it to his son to mail We'll Monday morning finally came and he went to his office to clean it out and was greeted cheerfully by the boss who apologized for his behavior the previous Friday. The man thanked him and ran to his office. He felt sick. Mind racing 100 miles an hour wondering how to get the letter back and finally decided to play sick and go home. Where he was greeted by his son who was upset because he forgot to mail his father's letter. If he just would have asked his boss what was wrong it all could have been different.
