Min. Stephan Knoll MP's Springbank~Daws Rd Press Conference Crashed

A collation of TV News broadcasts showing South Australian Transport Minister Stephan Knoll MP being confronted by unhappy Panorama Clapham Community Group (PCCG) members.
The Minister had consistently insisted that enlarging the existing 'Staggered T' Springbank, Daws and Goodwood Rds. was "the best solution" defying what residents regarded as 'common sense'.
For six weeks he hadn't released any supporting documentation and PCCG mounted a grass-roots campaign to get acknowledgement of their concerns.
With very little notice, a PCCG informant alerted the group that Min. Knoll was holding a Media Conference nearby. They raced to the scene and caught the Minister making an announcement!
