The beauty of this is in the control in doing it so slow it looks effortless but actually takes more body coordination and strength. Not unlike Tai Chi. If you've ever done it correctly you know how difficult it is. Mastery isnt always fast and flashy, sometimes it's so slow and subtle that it APPEARS "unimpressive"

while i respect your opinion, i must diagree. this may not be their best video, but to say you lost respect for them is a shame... this video shows many original dance styles (funkstyles, popping, boogaloo) which are rare to see today. i think in this video they were just demonstrating their knowledge of the foundation of hip hop dance. I could never lose respect for these guys.
