I've been using the Minaal 2.0 for a few years now and I loved it. This new one looks really good but I don't think I'm gonna be upgrading yet.

I bought the 3.0, cubes, and belt. Love their system! I did a lot of research on bags before I purchased. Only thing I wish they added was a pass through strap for a roller suitcase handle.

This is very helpful. I’ve been debating on the 2.0 v the 3.0. The cost is a major factor. About $100 difference between refurb 2.0 and new 3.0. Probably will be going with the 2.0…

Have you ever tried getting this under the seats on a plan as a Personal Item? If yes, how did it go and would you recommend? ALSO- is there a Trolley sleeve/suitcase attachment to slip over the handles of a wheeled suitcase? THANKS!

Great comparison! Can you do a quick comparison to the Aer Travel Pack 2 if you've used it? Are there any bags you currently prefer to the Minaal 3.0?

Prefer to the Minaal I would say the Forge from black ember, transit from Bellroy and maybe the Pakt bags are up there in my favorites.

How does it compare to the Prelude? The Prelude is so much lighter...Also, wish they had improved the water pocket

Personally I like the Minaal better. It's not as big and doesn't have as much organization but the material is better, it's more comfortable, and I like the functionality of it. Easily the 3.0 is one of my favorite travel bags.
