So, the Cowboys are struggling to win and be headed for another Super Bowl win. That's a fact. However, it's also a fact that "The Dallas Cowboys had the highest average attendance and total attendance in the NFL in 2023." So is "The Dallas Cowboys are No. 1 on CNBC's list of NFL valuations for 2024 at $11 billion, $3 billion more than any other franchise." This highlights the two core competencies needed in a NFL franchise, business and football. Jerry clearly has the business aspect nailed really like no other owner. He has obviously lost a step on the football side but this doesn't make him a bad owner/GM. It does make him ultimately responsible, of course. He hasn't reached the level of cognitive frustration and enlightenment that would allow a new person to be the real and independent GM. He will, one way or another. In my viewpoint from SoCal, I am grateful for his hand in making the Rams move to LA happen along with the amazing SoFi Stadium being built.
