Caserio made the fatal mistake of letting Fant and Dieter walk in the offseason to free agency. These two journeymen O-linemen weren't world beaters, but they had what it took between the ears, and as a unit, we were a middle-of-the-pack O-line. He did not replace them with better options but relied on Kenyon Green, who has not shown any resemblance of talent in his previous years, and two second-year guys, Patterson and Struggs, who both had injury issues in their rookie seasons. Then Casserio let the trade deadline pass with no action to shore up the line. I am no genius but even I know how important a strong O-Line is...WTF is he thinking? I have no confidence in the Texans getting far in the playoffs with that unit.

Caserio missed on Kenyon Green. He wasted a first on him. He took Scruggs with a second and it looks to be another miss. They need to do a better job evaluating the OL in the draft or get some mid level free agents to fill in the interior o line.
