Jiraiya taught Naruto and only the fourth hokage(minato) and jiraiya know rasengan before Naruto was born. Minato taught jiraiya as well. And that is the fourth hokage's jutsu. I think minato is training rasengan for 3 years. Rasengan is the minato's jutsu

At the 400 something episodes Tsunade's Infinite tsukuyomi is about a tale that Jiraiya wrote, and that tale is this video!
