What is the longest video length and or file size to be able to use the AI eye contact feature? I just tried to use this for a video that was only about 90 seconds long and was given a notification that one of the clips exceeded the maximum size for that feature.

Hi, could you use this while doing a walk and talk style video? Also could you import footage into the app that you recorded with another camera(like DJI OSMO pocket)?

You can apply it after you've recorded your video! It doesn't yet work for real time filming. Keep in mind, AI Eye Contact works best when the person is looking at the camera, or slightly up or to the side. It may not work if the person is looking down, or if their eyes are looking too far from the camera. And yes, you can import footage that's saved to your phone to the Captions app!

hey guys i am using this feature soo many times on web but now i purchased the plan for it...but for some days i am not able to apply eye contact feature on my video..i really need it. i only purchased for this feature and i'm not able to do that

Hey! Thanks for letting us know. There are multiple things you can try to get AI Eye Contact to work well. You can check your WiFi (you want to make sure you have a strong connection), make sure the video is 950 MB or smaller, there is only one person on screen, the person on screen is looking slightly off camera (not down or too far to the side). If none of these tips help, you can reach out to us at [e-mail] for some more trouble shooting 😊

Nice feature request! As of right now, AI Eye Contact can only be added onto the entire project.
