Yvonne Constancio earned her Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from AOMA, Graduate School of Integrative Medicine at Austin, Texas. She was born and raised in Central Texas and relocated to Nashville in June of 2013. Yvonne is licensed by the State of Tennessee Division of Health Related Boards and is board certified in both acupuncture and herbal medicine through the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine).
Yvonne is also certified as a Reiki Master. She currently in training to become a Somatic Stress Release Practitioner & Certified GOATA Movement Coach. Her work stems from a deep desire to help clients overcome physical and emotional challenges to improve their health and well-being.

38:50 I had a past life regression session and it saved my life. I've been going through abandonment issues , attachment issues, lack issues, and so forth all my life. I have basically been alone, single, and underemployed or unemployed most of my life. I could never figure out why. My favorite thing I would say is "oh well, maybe next lifetime" for almost everything like money, friends, a relationship, a job with meaning.. I never really understood why but it felt natural. I had my regression session four years ago and overtime it's effect has been pronounced! I found out that I was abandoned by my mom seven lifetimes ago. Knowing the root of my deepest trauma that sent me into a seven lifetime cycle has saved my life! Without the knowledge I gained from in my past life regression session I don't know how I would have begun to heal and stop my cycle. . Grateful 🙏😇🤗🐬🦋💜❣️

I felt great comfort in hearing that all lives don't have to be big lives with public acknowledgement of achievements and advancements. I can clearly remember decades ago at the age of 6 or 7 that I had a knowing I was here for a reason and seem to be waiting ever since to figure out what this reason was. I have often wondered if my life is about a lot of small things and raising good kids and being the one child of a large family to break free of the Catholic rigidity of thinking and not needing a middleman so-to-speak to have a relationship with Source and explore spirituality rather than religion. It has been lonely at times thinking out-of-the-box from all of my family and sometimes hard on my marriage as my husband is a very black and white thinker and thinks I have gone off the deep end at times. The bottom line is, I think I can let go of hoping that someday I will finally wake up and know what I was meant to do and just accept that I have been doing what I was meant to do all along. I am a talented songwriter poet but am happy that I never got fame. My piano playing was/is an emotional comfort as I was sexually abused as a child. The heart is the key. I’ve known this and so lately when my anger has soared I lost the ability to feel gratitude, empathy, patience. Came out of nowhere & derailed me. It’s like walking and suddenly being blindside tackled and knocked down in the mud and you slip and slide trying to stand up again to get back on your path. Sometimes you stay down in the mud for days, weeks. It’s hard not to get frustrated when this happens but the only real choice is realigning as often as needed.

Yvonne is one cool Being! Her channel, for me, mainly because of it's cadence, brought to mind Bashar. The cadence was similar. Way back in 1970 I watched a movie called Monte Walsh starring Lee Marvin as Monte. Now, many years later I couldn't begin to tell you the details of that move but I can tell you that the story the movie was telling had to do with one age ending and another beginning. For some time now I have been feeling that many in the world are experiencing a Monte Walsh moment. BTW, the other day I happened to come across the 2003 remake of Monte Walsh with Tom Selleck playing the part of Monte. This version was, IMO, very well done! And yeah, watching this remake in a new unit of time just confirmed for me that the planet and all that reside on it are currently, most definitely in the midst of living through a Monte Walsh moment. Something to consider....what if the only lesson that we ever needed to learn was that we never really needed to learn any lesson as there has never been a time nor will there ever be a time when we don't already know all there is to know.

Why we don’t know our grand plan…let’s say you are poor and if you knew that you would grow up very rich, you sit on your butt all day and wait for the money to arrive. Your lack of action alters the outcome. And if you know that you would be killed in an car accident, you wouldn’t leave the house in an attempt to control the outcome. How it is just beautiful. Oh, this was wonderful and validating. Yvonne Constancio is so engaging and lovely to listen to. We *are* on the path - there are many people in the world, right now (some of my own family members included) with the attitude "F*k you, I got mine" and who look at brotherhood, and caring for everyone as some dirty idea. As if throwing a share into the community pot somehow diminishes them. I'm seeing existence as something of a fractal - families or teams, groups, villages, etc. all part of one another, each one a larger version of what it came out of (or, conversely, existence becoming a more concentrated idea fractally of the collective). Simple but complex.

Wow, I’d like to know what happens when you have a plan with another and free will takes this person away? I had a brother I was very close to and he committed suicide two years ago.
