I have a main tree in living room which is reds, silver, white and clear. A tiny white tree in my dining room and bedroom that I decorate in pale pinks and rose gold

Hi, what the English call a gnome is called a Tomte in Sweden if you look it up you can find out about them, I’m English but I’ve always called them Tomte hope this helps x

In Muslim revert since may 2023 and I have one year old daughter and I just can’t give up Christmas I’m too used to it since I was small child and I’m 37 now . How I will do Christmas is by just likeing the magic sign of it with Santa for my daughter and just think of Jesus being the prophet and how he was born . I know he not god and when I was Christian at 9 I never thought he was good just as a messenger . It was my Pakistani husband who help me become Muslim . I halal meat and I don’t drink alcohol and I pray at home . Sorry for too much information I just heared you saying you don’t celebrate Christmas and I know a lot Muslims don’t but I grew up as Christian and then revert Islam so hard to give up what I been braught up up with . It’s like a childhood convert thing for me similar to like a comfort blanket ❤ . I hope understand sorry if I’m waffling on I’m dyslexic and don’t know how to say things in short form . You aren't disturbing me or waffling! Please don't apologise ♥️ I sincerely enjoy reading my watchers comments ❤️ you all make time for me to watch my videos so I enjoy getting to know you all. My mother is a revert to Islam too. All her family celebrate Christmas. I thought it would be a struggle for her but thankfully it isn't, alhamdulillah. But I totally understand how it would be a tough transition! I don't celebrate of course but I do enjoy seeing the lights, what's in stores..it's a whimsical time. Its also the only time they sell things I love like miniature scenes, woodland animals, snowy scenes..so I buy these sorts of things but nothing to do with Christmas really. I think in your situation maybe take some of your old Christmas traditions and transition them for eid instead..other than the tree 😂 gifts, lights etc are all fine and can still be enjoyed within the two eids and even ramadhan 😀 xx
