I definitely think Interstice lost legendary due to its gameplay, and rightfully so. It's an absolutely mind blowing level but I kept getting extremely confused by what I was supposed to do, and having to get back to the part I died took away from the magic. Would have been an incredible auto level though

Beeh, it's easy for people here to be such a letdown 😝. Let's just sit for a moment for how much time this level must've been taken to create! Although you can't enjoy playing it, it's quite artistic in its way! I actually really like it

Honest thoughts on the level: not deserving of mythic regardless of gameplay, but there's no way it's only epic. The gameplay really wasn't that bad, it took me 3 attempts to beat. It's just a small challenge added to the level to make it more fun. Now it's been updated to remove the gameplay, so it definitely should get legendary now.

I think there were a couple of reasons it wasnt legendary, mainly the gameplay. I feel like it should have gotten it tho, especially considering that up until now rob didnt really seem to mind how good the gameplay was when rating. If he considered gameplay for every level I would see why its not legendary. But he kinda doesnt do that

about interstice, if it was an auto level it would have been mythic. however, gameplay is just as important as decoration, and the fact that the visuals are mindblowing makes it impossible to see what to do sometimes.

I rlly hope Interstice is a lesson on having gameplay as a priority as well, played wayyy too many levels where they neglect it and makes the game way less fun. The more prominent problem I noticed is lack of color contrast and sometimes colors blending in together too much resulting in confusing gameplay If the level is only cool when you watch it in a video, then it isn't really a good level

lowkey its just a lesson for me to only make auto levels from now on. it is near inevitable to not create conventional, readable, perfect gameplay for the community when you create a level that involves motion gfx

I think it’s understandable that many levels arent getting the rating many would believe them to get. The ratings will be inconsistent while we are figuring out the rating system for platformers and legendary/mythic levels, since they are so new. My best guess is that it might take some months to settle down

i dont get what people have against the OG gameplay in interstice. sure, at first it's kinda tricky to understand wtf is going on, which makes sense because its basically 3d in a 2d level. but it took me 3 attempts and i felt even though the gameplay was unpredictable, it wasnt unfair in any way, but at the same time its also extremely unentertaining and kinda just pops up when it wants. that being said, its a banger of a level and im glad that bpi updated the gameplay!!

The level from Bbi would or seriously shouldve been mythic or atleast epic. But the issue was deffintly the gameplay. Sometimes it even felt like it didnt work properly. Bbi shouldve keeped it as a Auto and it would probably been legendary or even mythic. The visuals are absolutely insane, especially for the fact that 2.2 hasnt even been out a month. And bbi was somehow able to pull off something so stunning. If it was auto, and only rated epic i wouldve lost all respect on robtop bruh.
