Oh sick! I made a nuclear submarine that did the same thing, I gave up on the project after the space changes messed up all my systems, gases or whatever, like the reactor wouldn't even start. Just put the game down at that point lmao. I also was trying to do like surface float hoses for continuous operation. My inspiration was those oceanic research vessels that do a 90 degree flip like that to go from boat to rig. Amazing to see another person's, way more refined than mine was.

it uses a similar setup to my automated all in one drill, difference is mine is mounted to the bottom of a ship in a "pod" and gets deployed like an anchor and you just drill to your hearts content, disconnect the hoses when youre done and sail off

I tried doing something similar, but the submarine stayed level. It became difficult because it required the vessel to be very large vertically. Never thought of doing it this way
