Baguio now is crowded as compared to our childhood days when we used to spend the whole summer vacations from school at my uncle's place by a hill near Burnham Park. During those days, natives were dressed in their native garb and they could run fast, even bringing stuff on their heads, trekking the mountains. Camp John Hay was still an American base and they had a big restaurant where they serve big American breakfasts. We also watched the parade in review of graduates at the Philippine Military Academy. Of course it's on a smaller scale than West Point, here. But as kids we were so excited. We also used to take boat rides at Burnham Park. Now that you have your own house there, you could enjoy the cool summer breeze or when you decide to take a respite. Enjoy, God bless and more power!
