Thanks. The distorted tone is M-201 > Focusrite Scarlett Solo > Reaper > Toneforge Jeff Loomis (using a preset that I tweaked for this guitar using the Rhythm channel of that plugin).

Thanks so much mate. I learned a few things when editing that I didn't realise when recording (video and audio). Lessons learned! But, I have to say that when you hard pan left and right the two pickup settings (coil tapped and not coil tapped) ... that's one sweet sound!

Man looks and sounds awesome! I have a 'juiced up' LTD M-10 and the reason I upgraded the pups was due to it having the nicest neck I've played, just feels so good. I bet this is the same, or better \m/

I honestly bought this because of it having a single pickup and being so black. The neck feel though blows my mind with how smooth it is to play. Happy little accident for sure.

I was honestly incredibly pleased with the setup. The strings were slightly loose (hence it being out of tune initially), but once I tuned it, the playability was excellent. For the price, I'm amazed by how good this guitar plays and sounds.

Kia ora! I hope I've remembered that correctly 🙂 The action on this guitar is incredibly good. Very low, but not so low that I get any fret buzz. I can't say that I've played the EC1000, so I can't compare.

I'm not an expert in that field, but I would guess that as long as the bobbins (?) aren't painted that the pickups wouldn't be affected much. I used a sharpie on a cheap pickup of a cheap guitar once. Didn't last, but looked cool for a while.

Hey brother, got a question for you. I just bought this, but have had horrible experiences with pinholes in the satin finish from the Indonesia warehouse models from Schecter and other companies, so I am a bit apprehensive...but I went ahead and just ordered one listed with a late 2022 MFG date today from Sweetwater because of how awesome it sounds/looks. Have you noticed any issues with the fit/finish with yours?

Hey mate. I can honestly say that the finish on the one I purchased is flawless. I can't see a mark on it anywhere. Obviously, each one is different, so I can only hope that yours ends up as clean as mine came to me.

Man. This one looks great and ive had my eye on it but...i really really want the LTD SN1 swampash w/ ebony fingerboard but it is almost double the amount. As much as i love this one in your video im gonna hold out for the SN1. I want the S shape, one humbucker, rev headstock, and locking tuners (ive never had locking tuners, tho i did buy some replacement ones for my LTD EC 256 matte black Eclipse). Im drooling, excuse me ...😂

Understandable. The SN1 is a cool looking guitar and with one humbucker and a fixed bridge, that's close to a perfect S-style guitar in my books.

I would absolutely recommend it for beginners and intermediate players. It would make the learning phase much easier than starting with a cheap or poorly setup guitar. Advanced players should still like the guitar, but higher end guitars will probably have that extra touch that experts would look for. I, am not that good a player.
