They couldn't hypnotize me @ 12 yrs of Age! My mother took me for my Grades Ive always followed the beat of my own drum Im a leader not a follower But im not a Power trip person either! Ive only liked one therapist! All the others ended up breaking down on me with their own problems And i had to pay them Id rather read a book or watch a video than seek therapy again! I realized we control 99% of our own reality. So make it happen. I do feel alone alot in this Brainwashed world! Its hard to find like minded friends nowadays!

I read a book by Cathy O'Brien, "Trance-Formation of America," and am now reading her second book, "Access Denied." The information contains the extremely sinister mind control she and her daughter were subjected to, but with the help of a very caring individual, they were rescued from the hands of their captors and are recovering. It opened my eyes about the nefarious purposes behind this mind control, but showed the power of the human spirit in overcoming and healing from it. Thank you Jessica. Great video.

Thank you. Ive been using meditation and positive affirmations for years now with much success. Its helped me to overcome mental qnd physical health issues from multiple childhood and early adulthood traumas and have found that applying these techniques with dedication and determination assist greatly in overcoming and coming out better than before whatever challenges i have faced and im therefore thankful for all of them. Sure. I like to compare this phase to a remodel on a home. In order to get to the end result of what you're creating, the old 'stuff' must be broken down. It's often just a part of the process (but not always). When it does occur, this phase will take longer or become very shortened based on how we view it and feel about it. Hope that helps!
