Thank you for this, I really needed it just when i saw it ❤ 45 mins later and i feel so wonderful. I struggled with the imagery for future self, my mind kept going to a cake 😂 but I went with it and I think it was the diff layers of my life and it was beautiful when all complete. I know such a weird image to replace a person but 🤷‍♀️🥰 all I know is I drifted into the most peaceful 😌 space and I’m so thankful for the way you bring us back, leaving the option to the listener to awaken or go on to sleep. I could have gone either way but only consciously. Bc of the way you use your voice, words and volume there was no way I could have fallen asleep/overslept, but I also couldn’t have gotten back up without wanting to, if that makes sense lol.
