I’ve had constant Tinnitus causing Vertigo for at least six weeks 24/7. I listened to this video this morning at high volume for 20 minutes. Tinnitus and Vertigo have gone. I will repeat this again tomorrow and try listening to it at a low volume for sleeping. Thanks For your intuitive response to dealing with this very common and important problem.

I try a lot of these sleep videos. This one OMG knocked me out. I slept like I was unconscious. My dreams were very detailed with people I knew in them. Very realistic type dreams (vs. abstract) and I remembered them. Had bit of a hard time waking up though. I saved this to my playlist.
