Im currently reading Ants most recent book The Wall. It’s really life changing for me, there’s so much wisdom in there. Im going to read it again. Highly recommend it. This guy is absolutely the real deal. Thank you Ant.

I am a single mum, with 9 years old. I dread my son going to his father's, no one deserves to be hurt from there father.. I hope to meet someone and be happy with my son.

One comment Ant said here has made me really think. ‘I am not normal so stop trying to be normal.’ I am so fixated on trying to be like the normal person instead of accepting who I am and what I need to do.

You need to have a huge positive mindset to get through SAS selection, the hardest military test in the world. But that outlook can apply to all walks of life and be of great value weather your in the military or not... Very inspiring, and the negative default mindset is interesting to hear and admittedly true for some reason. Nice work sir, keep it up

I would like to hire you but can't afford you. Just want my life back after abusive relationships. Steming from bad army incident.

All the main cast should leave and make a new show with a production company with the same views and morals as the lads and call it (SBS By strength and guile)

I dont really understand how Temel didnt know that Ant spent most of his childhood in France. I mean you've been chasing this guy down for 6 months for an interview and you could not be bothered to have a researched on this guy. On one hand you are given Ant props and then on the other you dont even know any basic information about the guy. Zero preparation for the interview , I dont think he'll be coming back on your podcast again.
