I’m a psychology major, and I find that the affirmations and exposure to difficult situations you talk of to be the same idea as behavioral therapy techniques such as flooding stimuli and gradual exposure used when dealing with phobia stricken individuals. Therefore, if you change your thoughts and behaviors with consistent practice, you change your emotions. Brilliant content. I love hearing reiterated in such a way. Traditional university does not give any emphasis on these ideas, which I believe to be a major down fall of those institutions. I’m building my subconscious reprogramming audios today in order to tap into flow 💪

I think attachment to it would create sorrow or pride , If the result is negative (sorrow ) , the result is positive ( pride) That is solely my interpretation

Joseph, I greatly appreciate you and I know I'm not the only one who does! When you say "we're here to learn to create". That struck such a beautiful tone of truth. I felt it deep and contemplated on it. You're right, that's why we're here! It's so obvious now. Everything I know to be true, correlates with that. The "mythological" anecdotes of ancestors, philosophers, visionaries, Astral Projectors, Near Death experiences, and ancient beliefs. To me, it all just came full circle, it's amazing when you realize you have the information to solve a particular interior question and then it's understood in an epiphany.

This is a great video! I have big fears about making wrong decisions, which leads to my indecisions. I'm letting go of old programs that I need to have all the facts and information before making a decision. This video has given me confidence to just make a decision, and then trust my inner voice to guide me if I need to make course corrections.

I guess I will just aim on shining my light. I can already do anything. I built my own house (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc). I took the motor out of my 280ZX and rebuilt it. I've spent around 8000 helping others heal past trauma. I'm enjoying watching the geopolitical show. So much cloak and dagger. Nothing is as we have been told.

I agree! In school, they only teach you the necessary skills to function as a worker and contribute to the economy. Whereas the most important skills such as critical thinking, personal finance, investing, people skills etc are not.

Imma start by saying, i write all this to share my story and to help validate and provide evidence that what Joseph says is true, no matter your field. Im a rapper, I would say lyricist explains me better but, regardless, I was with my best friends cousin and his cousins two friends. we were at the cousins apartment, just smoking, enjoying our time. I decided I wanted to freestyle, to rest my skills, and make an impression. Usually I get nervous but this time, when the beat came on, i didnt even give myself time to be nervous or indecisive, and as such, i rapper the whole beat, starting with one line and never knowing what the next one would be until i said it. In hip hop, we call this having a flow literally, so when i started watching Josephs Videos, it seemed like fate. What he said about mental alchemy and transmutation and embodying your vision directly correlated with mental processes that took place during and before that freestyle, where i achieved flow. That wasnt the only time its happened but it was the one that happened right before youtube recommended your videos to me. Im convinced the universe wants everyone to succeed. You just have to meet it halfway with bravery and good intent, and treat yourself with tough, but forgiving love

You don't have to physically place your self in adverse environments to learn grow evolve through, You can do it in your Imagination & it has the exact same effect, Our mind knows NO DIFFERENT to an imagined event/experience than if it's a Real life experience to the Mind both are real both are happening in real time You don't need to go out of your way to put yourself into an environment you simply imagine it within your mind Evolve it there in that moment your Imagining it, it's ALOT easier & is actually more effective within you than without you 🤔
