In earlier episodes, he just has no idea what others were talking about. In later episodes, he is pretending to play dumb so no one will ever suspect he is doing something wrong, when he wants to be smart. Besides, "Por Favor" is his catch-phrase

@@authentic_ametin Thanks for explaining, n I get por favor was his catch phrase, which means please, but at many times he would say Por favor in very aggressive way. I mean please is already a request. N when he would not understand something that's asked to him in English, he would again say por favor, where he should be asking "what" instead, if he wasn't understanding things. Hence my confusion.
