With all due respect, I was taught that the hadith advises men to look for, one thing, Deen within the woman. The definition of Deen can be taken as sincere concern for others. First sincere concern for Allah and His Rasool alaihi salatu wasalam and then the family and all creation coming next. For women to look for, two things, Taqwa and Akhlaaq within the man. Taqwa can be taken as being conscious of Allah at all times and Akhlaaq as good character. Good character has many aspects but not getting angry is a major part. Not lying and cheating, being trustworthy and not miserly or stingy are also part of Akhlaaq. The indication being that the man then will not oppress the woman in anyway. And Allah knows best.
