Oh, happiness! Zisteau missed some places, though, I don't know how he'd show them. There were the Gingerbread Plumb Trees, Licorice Castle, & the Peanut Brittle House. There was 1 other place, but I imagine that your entire castle is supposed to represent Candy Castle. Which, in turn, would make you King Kandy! *sigh* I think the only thing that could've made this better is if he somehow managed to show you the characters on the board. My favorite was always Queen Frostine! So many memories! All of them happy! :D

It's actually smaller. The game is checking whether you can step up into the doorway. Seeing as there is no room to go any higher (or so it thinks), it stops you.

The reason you couldn't go into that hole is because soul sand is only a 3/4 block. It's how people make traps. They put a chest in the center of some soul sand and put blocks only three blocks high so they can't go through because of the short block, and they can't jump because of the small ceiling

I think Zisteau could have been clearer that the prank was that Vintagebeef's castle was like supposed to be the castle in Candyland, and thats why he did it. If you don't know that it seems kind of random.

It's is a really simple fix though, instead of just assuming you should move up half a block, you check the difference in height from the base of the players feet to the top of the block the players feet are colliding with, if that distance is less that or equal to 0.5, then increase the players y position by that value. I did it that way for my 2D remake and it works flawlessly.
