There used to be an awesome bar back in the early 00's, called Schwedensonke or sth close to that. I visited Minden again last year only to find out the bar was no more.Any locals know why?

It was the Schwedenschenke. You can see the building at 33:34! It was closed in 2018 i think due to a revoked gastronomy-license. In 2023 it had become a coworking-space.

Whats so beautiful on Minden? I Born raise and live There but it lost all of his old Beautiful Charme. Especially the old town turned into Little Bagdad with all of its barber shops and other shops of Immigrants From the mid east. Terrible

Hi there. It is a shame that you think like that. If Minden is too bad for you, so great you are not living here anymore. Minden is a colorful city and diversity is here welcome. Here we accept and respect other cultures and nationalities. People that are not able to accept this, has here nothing to do. I am very proud of our city! I am also happy and grateful that someone found that Minden worths a almost one hour long video and wanted to share with other people what she/he lived here.

@@sanb.521 ach komm mach‘n Kopp zu. Die Stadt ist total runtergekommen. An der martinitreppe, obermarktstrasse egal wo trifft man nur noch auf gesocks. Die Schlagzeilen sprechen für sich als neulich wieder zwei Menschen von einer Gruppe Jugendlicher da halb tot geprügelt wurden. Ich habe selber einen Migrationshintergrund bin in Minden geboren und aufgewachsen. Aber was da jetzt abgeht ist wirklich nicht mehr zu ertragen.

Do people really see Minden as a beautiful town? It's full of boring, modern buildings. What's beautiful about that? Germany does indeed have some beautiful towns but I would not include Minden among them.
