Hello my friends and welcome back to my channel! 🎥 Todays video is a little different as I am announcing a special project I've been working on! 🌷 Introducing... Mindful May!

Starting May 1st, we will be embarking on a 31 day wellness challenge. Each day, we will have a list of 3 tasks to complete. My hope is for you to adapt healthy habits that turn into lasting lifestyle changes. Day by day, we will reach our highest selves, supporting each other as a community every step of the way.
Our daily habits:
1 Daily meditation:
Introduce the life changing skill of meditation into your daily routine and experience the unlimited physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of practicing meditation for yourself. Each day, we will be doing a new guided meditation.
2 Drinking one gallon of water per day:
Water is important to nearly every part of your body. Not only will hitting your daily recommended intake help you maintain your current state of being but it will also improve your overall health. Each day, we will be aiming to drink one gallon of water.
3 Daily gratitude practice:
Take time each day to be grateful for this human experience. Gratitude helps us relish good experiences, improve our health, deal with adversity and celebrate the present. Whether this be out loud, in a journal or on your phone, we will be listing 3 things we are grateful for each day to harbour more positive emotions.
Use the Mindful May calendar + the appropriate daily task sticker to track your progress and share your results with our community. Feel free to share your calendar on your Instagram using the hashtag #MindfulMayChallenge!
I'm confident that by completing these habits to the best of your ability each day, you will reap so many incredible benefits. My hope is that the benefits are so evident these habits will easily become a priority in your daily life well beyond the Mindful May Challenge.
