****MINDFULNESS CHALLENGE****
Challenge yourself to practice mindfulness at least 5 minutes a day. This can be at anytime, broken up, and by doing anything you would normally do.

I wish I could put more than one “like”, here. At 60 with a lifetime of depression, for me it takes a special person with a special message. Years ago I finally found a great psychiatrist, then a great therapist. This is a man who wholeheartedly spreads good help. It’s wonderful.
