Our experiences in the womb from conception are kept from truth of knowing and the thoughts of adults who hide the truth of trauma there (to protect their own shame and guilt if only they could see how far back this trauma goes in their own lives and ancestory). Our minds are full and trying to understand, recycle, compost trauma which if repressed by social 'norms' rather than personal and community sharing.. remain as records stuck in arrest. We are free when we can free our minds and bodies of stagnant energy, blocked, word and social blocks to respond to trauma and so block learning how to respond to deep 'unconscious' traumas. We live in an age of distraction as we have done (in colonised populations which is most of us now). We haven't forgotten God...we've been distracted from (yes by adverts) truth of what hurts new life and how that echoes back and forth across generations. Trauma is impact overwhelming, that's what divides within people and between them..across generations causing mental and physical distress, distractions cut us off from healing the truth of trauma. When healed...allowed to share and rest after reality of trauma, learn how to go that journey TOGETHER... then we have understanding of flow to connection and full awareness.
