Relieved to hear nobody say that fruit causes diabetes.

It can if you eat it in excess. If you eat it outside of when you would have ancestrally eaten it, meaning seasonally and you eat it all year round. You will induce damage to your system. If you are already metabolic damaged from refine vegatation, reducing your sugar intake to just natural fruits will still further the progression. Irrespective of the fruits being genetically modified by Man. Exogenous Sugar is a rarity and not essential in the human diet.

Unpopular method but diet soda helped me kick sugar . I would drink 2-3 bottles of Coke everyday. I switched over to diet then once I didn’t have the sugar cravings anymore I switched from diet to sparkling water.

What do you recommend for protein powder than?! Everyone has either sugar or artificial sweetener!
