Thankyou for these 'pod-tubes'... this one was particularly engaging. Once again you've covered some good topics with a great guest😃

Very interesting conversation regarding experimental setups, even for someone who worked with lasers and flux qbit quantum computers. Would have been nice to have some pictures of the lab setup. More technical details would be also interesting, such as importance of laser beam width / phase noise.

Is it possible to send back-in-time signalling in the way of binary or using sub atomic particles encrypted with receptor - receiver antenna using quantum entanglement from our present time to 1993 ? Using a radio conduit or rudimentary system that was used then . Specifically at a certain appliance and designation so accurate that the person from that time zone can see abstraction changes and hear certain intonations enough to steer them away from danger . Using our present day satellites as an agitator - oscillation device sending back artificial intelligence and analytics like a huge particle accelerator program.

No, that’s just Gregory Benford’s 1980 science fiction novel “Timescape”. Causality violations are forbidden in the real world, you know that. Please don’t pollute serious science channels with science fiction fantasy bullshit.

She said "um" literally HUNDREDS of times in this episode, which I found incredibly distracting.

That’s her pausing to choose her words carefully. Less cerebral speakers can ramble on without pause by parroting empty cliches, non-words like “irregardless” illiterate malapropisms like “hone in on” and ungrammatical nonsense such as “how it looks like” 🤬. That’s way, way more distracting and irritating than the occasional vocalised pause.
