Ok. So I have been literally in bed for 2 days with depression that worsens when I get my period. I head this audii yesterday for a while and today I head it for 49 minutes. Suddenly I got up and opened an old box full of materials to make candels that I found the other day as I was organizing my house. Guess who is making candels as we speak. Thank you for uploading this. And I will keep listening because I am a severe procastinator and I suffer from depression. People who is doubting if it works. Just give it a try.

@Nobody but 239 There may be help for you through the university. Look into whether Student Services offers counseling. If not, is there an adviser or other department where you can explain your living conditions, particularly the physical abuse? Decades ago I was having a hard time adjusting to the transition to campus life. I had some sessions with the (student/training) therapists on campus, and it really helped shift my focus to a better path. Since then I've sought therapy especially when going through various life changes. Hope it gets better for you.

For the past eight years my life has been full of pain and sadness feeling i am running on empty. Procrastion can seriously damage your health and wealth coupled with depression its a pretty miserable existence we know that. After years of listening to spoken hypnosis (although I've found some of it very helpful), I've now realised that subliminal works better for me. It doesn't matter how many times I'm given a positive and motivational audio/verbal message, my conscious mind argues the point and tells me "nah, you can't do that" or "yeah but you aren't up to it" or finds another way to sabotage my good intentions. Subliminal messages seem to bypass my negative self-beliefs and get straight to the core. Because I can't hear the words, I can't block them. Sometimes, we can be our own worst enemies. One thing you can do while listening to spoken words is count backwards from 100 by skipping 1, then add 2, then -3, etc -- something that forces you to do mental math for every single next digit. This keeps your critical faculty busy.

Honestly I don't know what you've done to me, I was tired, no motivation, feeling guilty about the state of the house so came into KZbin to find a motivation hypnosis, clicked on this one, wasn't sure about the subliminal. Tried to rest while I listened but then read articles on motivation and fighting fatigue - several pages stated to drink more water so at the 20 minute mark I paused and got myself a glass of water. Then noticed my plants needed water, poured the water into them instead, poured myself another. Then noticed that there were dishes ready to go away, dirty dishes - loaded the dishwasher. Decided to use the bathroom, noticed the mess in there, picked up that, swept the floor, put a load of washing on. All in less than 10 minutes!! I've been procrastinating this stuff all day because I thought it would take too long.

I have now been listening to this every night, when I go to bed, for around 6 weeks. I don't have a show home however, as at today, there are no dishes in my kitchen sink and I cooked dinner (rather than taking a packet out of the fridge and putting it in the microwave). If you visited my home you could come in, sit down and the sofas are more or less toy free. I didn't feel this was a "quick fix" but I do feel and act differently. By the way, as an end note, I'm cleaning out and washing my car on a weekly basis ... I've never done that before! Thank you. Just need one that helps me lose weight now please ....

Of all the subliminal and self hypnosis videos I’ve listened to on KZbin, this is one that I feel really does have an affect on me. Maybe it’s placebo? But I don’t think so. Incredible, I played this while I was working and found that I could enjoy the work, and I procrastinated significantly less. (Minutes or so of watching this) My mom has such a fiery temper that we cannot have a normal conversation without her lashing out or screaming obscenities, usually when things don't go her way. As we argued over how to perform a certain chore, my mom refused to experiment with my method, insisting hers works, when it wasn't giving us results. The conversation led to me being called disobedient and rebellious. I would have screamed too, hurled the same words she threw at me, but I demanded only one thing: a conversation. To reason. To solve. To get to the root. I didn't think I had the capacity to react that way, but I did.

I have been struggling with concentration and motivation to do my work during the pandemic. It’s been so bad for the last year and a half. Today I tried this session (normally I do the ones for relaxation or energy boost), anyway, I’m amazed by what I have been able to accomplish. I worked from 9:30 pm until 5:20 am without any breaks. +Yvonne Cullimore subliminal messages are used at such a low frequency that the conscious cannot pick them up. this is done to completely bypass the conscious and go straight to the subconscious, or the center of your brain, where all changes, like you are trying to induce here, are made. the conscious mind acts as a kind of bodyguard to the subconscious blocking things from ever making it there. the low frequencies cannot be picked up by the naked ear but the subconscious can still pick them up. that's why this works so well.

i am an extreme procrastinator and i am very lazy. But I don't really like to think of it as lazy, just more of not having the strong enough will to do something, or anything at all. I've found what can help, is if you're listening to this subliminal/ using it, then telling yourself 'i can do this' and 'im going to get up and do this' etc can help you become alot more productive. Just wanted to share my advice!

So, how did the quitting go? If you're still smoking & wanting to stop....I'd *highly* recommend Allen Carr's Easyway book. (& so would countless others). Only tip: read it in as short a time as possible. Seems to lose some of it's effectiveness if read over many days/weeks.

oh my goodness, I can not believe the difference this has made. First I have to tell you I have fibro, so I listened to the one for chronic pain first, it helped,so then I thought I would use one for the panic attacks I have been having, helped, So feeling a bit better and panic free I thought I would listen to this one. To get done what I have gotten done in the three sessions I have listened to this today , would have taken me a week maybe more otherwise. I have a 900 sq foot basement that is my art room. It has also been the dumping station since we moved in 6 months ago. My shelves are cleaned and organized, I have a floor, not just patches.This has been amazing. I will pay for it tomorrow from the pain, but heh i'll just listen to the one for pain over and over till its gone. I am a believer. There were a few places that I thought I heard a voice. Something like a very far off radio playing in another part of the house. i just wanted to tell you this is amazing. I am going to make this my new habit. look out 2016 I have a new weapon.

I find out as I listen. I get out my scheduel list for that day . Write down what is to be done. Look at my list , do the work, cross it off. So this tape motivate me to do the list

Hi, I face the exact same issues as you. It can get really hard just to get things done or even start getting things done. I still deal with procrastination daily but when I listen to this, I seem to be more motivated. I don't know if it's a placebo effect but I tell myself to sit through the recording and do my work. So in some sense, it had helped. I hope it'll help you too.

Hello! I don't know if this works for ADHD but I am very disorganized as well. I would say that you have to keep telling yourself it works and constantly reinforce that thought in your mind while listening to this. I play this track in the background when I have deadlines to meet. It acts as a reminder whenever I am tempted to start procrastinating again. Give it a go, hope it works out!

I found about subliminals 2 days ago. Been 10 minute long i listen to this one.I'm very lazy person these days. Been 2 years i haven't gone to college or neither i go to job. 1 year since i started sleeping late and waking late . Sleep whole day , eat , watch series this is all i do .but after listening this to 10 minutes i kinda feel desperate, i want to wash my face, brush my teeth, do my dishes manage my meesed bed. It's working!!! No i don't have to doubt.

+Don Morckel +Hi Don, thank you for your message. Although the "I am" affirmations are the most effective and certainly the most popular. After testing many different techniques over the years, I've notices the results are significantly more effective when using both styles of affirmations ("You are" and "I am"). The "You are" style works in a similar way to receiving a compliment! So in my recording I tend to use both styles repeated after each other to increase the effectiveness. I open 4 windows each with this video. All 4 playing at the same time @ 2X speed. In a 5th window, I play a game, do my e-mail, read an e-book. Only 1/2 hour and VERY effective ! True for any Subliminal video that does not use visual "flash" messages.

I am sure you got the point of what they were trying to convey regardless of how they spelled it. I never quite understood the point of someone trying to go out of the way to prove someone else is wrong. Is it to make that person feel better about themselves? I noticed the request for housekeeping subliminal below. I need this too & especially a 'clear the clutter' subliminal. I do feel this subliminal is helping but there is a big emotional hump to get over in getting rid of 'stuff'. Also, the resentment that some 'stuff' I am giving away might actually be worth some money... clearing clutter makes me nervous but I need to get it done!

That is called Agoraphobia. There are medications that can help, but they can be addictive, and in the long run they just hurt you. but the #1 thing that helps is exposure therapy. It's very unpleasant to begin with, but it works FAST. I'm right here with you domi. It's really hard to force yourself to do something that makes you feel like you're having a panic attack or something.

Hey domi queen! I use to have the same issue in the past! I found listening to one's on social anxiety really helped me along with self-esteem and confidence. I hope you find the right combination that works for you. Also, listening to it as the first thing you do in the morning might be a beneficial way to help you. Good luck!
