In case anyone wanted to know if this helped someone, I use to struggle with MJAOR procrastination.. and with the virus and having to study for university remotely, I thought it might be the kiss of death for me 😂 I stared listening to this and seriously it gave me the motivation and push to actually get my tasks done! I feel like I have the motivation to get things done prematurely, it’s really quite freeing. I listen to it in the morning or when I’ve procrastinated about in the past. It’s helped a great deal, would suggest 😊

@@samadtamboli7394 Very easy; wear loose close, wear no jewelry. Lay on your bed in a dead man's body position with headphones, facing up, hands to side, legs apart for etheric energy travel. Quiet your mind instead focus on what you're listening to, which will put you in a space of emptiness state of mind (welcome it). Calmly inhale deeply and exhale slowly, release the tightness in your jaw by leaving space between your front bottom & upper teeth- keep inhaling & exhaling slowly as your body will get heavier & heavier repeat breathing slowly inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth until your neck, shoulders, back & chest feels heavy, continue as you will feel your back, arms, stomach, legs & feet heavy sinking deeper and deeper as if you're floating in space or water. Keep breathing in & out until this breathing technique becomes natural slowly you will feel body in emptiness going deeper and deeper as if walking down steps sinking....go with the flow. Eventually with practice you may discover OBE "OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE" which is awesome 'a wonderful awakening'....if sleep paralysis occurs you are always in control, always know where you're at -which is in your bed. Moni Baisley don’t ever, ever give up on yourself. You can be whoever you want to be. Life has not made you any way, but rather you have adapted and changed by your own choice for self preservation. I’m young, but a lot can happen in so little time. Trust me when I say that I’ve felt washed up, broken, used, drained, alone, abandoned and highly self-doubtful and critical. I once was free too. I can have that again and so can you. Thank you for reminding me of that by mirroring exactly how I feel in this moment... it’s crazy how the universe works if you pay attention.

I do home schooling and I'm a whole term behind because of stupid decisions of taking it easy. I'm an A student but I've lost my way and deeply regret it. Everyone is in term 4 and I didn't even start with term 3. But I remember a while ago, I've listened to this sub and go my life in order. Wish me luck, I will update my progress in December Update: I finished a whole terms worth of work in 20 days Update: I passed grade 9 now I'm in 10 and began to procrastinate a bit so I'm listening to this life saver yet again, wish me luck. Update:It's Feb the 4th, my exams start in March and I'm 10 days behind schedule...pulling an all nighter today, wish me luck and will update tomorrow it's 10pm Update: I'm back again, a lot of mentally draining things happened this weekend, it's 24th May 2022, I dropped out of Accounting and business and opted for biology and tourism, I don't regret it, there's been some family drama going on here at home, everything cooled down and I'm just feeling drained and so tired, I have an assignment due and next week we're starting June exams, I need all the help I can get here

Out of experience, I can say for one thing, don't let your education go without some kind of diploma to back up your efforts, it's one to say what you have, it's another when you can prove it & make something of your life with it. I wasn't able to graduate from highschool because I couldn't hold down a job at night & focus on school in the daytime, it was different then but I knew I'd better do something & get good at it if I didn't have an education, I'm very good at my trade & it was because I applied myself, I hope you do the same and wish you the best of luck as well as opportunity to come your way.

I definitely have an issue with procrastination, but stuck this on and before I knew it I'd put together a really useful document for work. Once done I read in the comments to stick to listening to the same recording for 4 weeks. I will, most of the issues in my life stem from putting things off. Thank you for the upload 😉

I want to get things done in case I get COVID and can't. I listened to a couple of these last week before I got up and after I got up while having breakfast I made a list and kept working until every chore on my list was complete. I play them on my laptop also so I can listen while I work. Great stuff and they do work. I want my house clean for Christmas.

It can't be a coincidence, I am just stunned by the amount of work that got done, thx for the video!

So i got up, wrote everything i need to do on my whiteboard and then took out my contacts. Now i almost did my homework on my bed but i actually decided to sit at my desk and now here i am sitting at my desk with my U.S. history textbook next to me while listening. as i am typing i feel really motivated to get started n finish my homework so i will do that now haha
