It is so true, very accomplished individuals do not have "lag" time. My grandfather, Dr. Richard D. Mudd, was a Colonel in the AF, had a BA, MA, MD, PhD and was an avid historian, author and lecturer. His accomplishments amaze me! He was still getting a degree at 80. He made extremely effective use of his time, always on a schedule! He even played handball til he was 95 and lived to 101. Such a full life!

Thanks. I m going to try it right now. I have something I have been unable to dig my way out of. I mean for a long time. I am compounding my issue by doing anything and everything to distract myself from what seems to be an overwhelming task. I just keep making it worse.

I'm 22 and I feel as though I have adrenal fatigue I've been to so many doctors that can't tell me why I have this unexplainable fatigue with many of the symptoms listed. I've watched so many of you're great videos and truly respect your knowledge. If you can please reply and help on what I can do with my situation I would be so grateful!

Tiffany Grigorian, do some research on Vitamin D deficiency. It's a place to start.
@tiffany81547 жыл бұрын
My vitamin d has been ruled out. I have always had anxiety and stressed so much I would work out sometimes 3 hours a day of cardio till I would be fatigued and at that time barley eat much.Then my mono re activated and since then I've never been the same my hormones are all out of wack I've lost so much hair. I have all the symptoms of AF and I'm just plane tired all the time.I eat a good diet consisting of Whole Foods some organic if I can get. I mostly get 8 hours of sleep a day. I just know that I'm severely burnt out. It's making me so depressed
@Oceanskye117 жыл бұрын
Tiffany Grigorian There's a reason your Mono (EBV) reactivated. Check out the book "Medical Medium" by Anthony William. He explains why & how to heal from this. Take care
@nevillewhite3451Ай бұрын
Too many possibilities and not enough information. Check your blood sugar. Eat less sugar and processed food. Get 8 hrs sleep every night... I assume you've done that but it's where I'd start... Sorry to hear...

Hi Dr John PLEASE PLEASE DO a video about vaping. And the effects on the body. I'm using vaping to quit smoking for a week now and I have this HUGE CYST on my ovary and I'm wondering if vaping is causing it. Thank you

Thank you for the info. So what you're say is to act upon something immediately.

It means once you figure out the 20 things you need to do, start doing it, don't procrastinate, as Warren said. In order to turn an idea into a reality action is required, and what better time to start than now?

Geraldine McArdle hello. Sorry to hear about your tnbc. Have you read "you are placebo" by joe dispenza? It is a excellent book how brain can affect health positively. Also dandelion root tea is great for curing cancer. Get loose and organic one. I drink it as a prevention. And try to avoid highly acidic foods. Going alkaline is better. I wish I could help you more. Stay strong. Wishing you lots of love, strengh and positive energy.
