the first one could make sense. imagine the protected friendly duo is up higher than the enemy duo, so it can shoot over the wall. it only gets weird when BOTH each have a wall

Eh, even then you can imagine the inability to shoot over enemy walls as bullet drop. First it shoots over your own wall, but drops down some before hitting the enemy wall

Turrets might be using gravity as an advantage. - For ripple, it shoots high enough to counter walls, then it lands on the target. - For Foreshadow, probably just like ripple but insanely fast. - For the two duos, one duo can see the enemy duos, as it does what ripple is also doing. On the other side, the enemy duo, only sees the wall. Toxopid is tall, but its cannons may be directly aiming at the ground / wall. Omura has a piercing railgun. For bridges, *no. just no. there is no explanation.*

I guess there are junctions in bridges. About two duos, enemy's duo shooting at gamma, but somehow bullets still hit the walls.

1: the techs could be so advanced, bullets have like noclip mode on with ally walls going through. Could been backwards, like walls is more of a mirror shield. plasma/energy goes throught because the shield (except for erekit wall that creates shield, this one shield is big) is thin, and plasma/energy bypasses the barriers. Plastan walls could have plastanium factor of blocking plasma/energy moleculas better, cinetic stuff (that gold wall of energy) is more chaotic charge, and like neoplasm ATTRACTS, REACTS to water; cinetic reacts on bullets and releasing its shield into attack charge. The wall that reflect bullets just.. reflects bullets. 2: matches with first theory. Spooders is silicone, metal, huge and many metal(silicone and all that stuff) so shields cant block him. But mortars get blocked, however, being pretty high, its sub-charges fly throught. Like flying units bullets doesnt bypass walls too, but explosions does. Artillery and hail have special bullets. Walls still stop them a little ( that why walls also get damaged), but their force and launching power, material, all that goes throught. 3: Bridges is i think more of turning material into moleculas and sending them like if you wet carpet with gold in liquid state and liquid state will be supported, you can being carpet with you and then extract the gold. Thats why normal brdiges have low distance: without power they cant keep stuff in a state they can make materials travel throught everything for long. 4: foreshadow and omura probably have different lasers. Its like comparing corvus laser and meltdown laser. THEYRE NOT THE SAME. Foreshadow uses not bullet, omura laser is not bullet too. Foreshadow launches VERY fast laser like railgun does (corvus, meltdown send continuous laser, railgun is just more of an arrow but plasma) amd it skips wall thin force field. Omura laser is little slower, so it damages both but less.

about the forshadow. what if it had two ammo types? the surge could stay the same, but what if you cuold also use phase instead (4 per bullet like surge) to deal damage in a peircing line, like the Omura?

Maybe foreshadow is just very tall and shoots over things cus they are below it?

Then it would have a blind spot. That's also another geometry defying mechanic present in all turrets lol

What if the turrets rise up and shoot and go back down but then the enemy should be able to do that without a wall because they can What if walls are like one way mirrors once you enter you cannot leave but what if you put another turret in the other side A solution can be so that it closes faster then the speed of light which is one of the fastest things in existence but what about Lancers or salvos with cryo and override but another solution is it's a wall that opens wholes that is the size of the projectile or laser if it's a bullet it then when the bullet is inside the wall or halfway through the back will close so that if the enemy tries to perfectly time it then the back wall is blocked anyways and If foreshadow it will close immediately since foreshadows lasers are instant probaly a 0.2 second opening and lasers like meltdowns or Lancers will break the idea because what if the enemy also shoots a lancer or meltdown when you do it that means

I always found those magical "one-way-walls" strange but I never really thought about the rest O_O I mean some things could get explained like the bridges but yeah...

Duo ok it can move on arck but that spose to reduce the distance but forshadow.... is that thing higer than wals ore some thing and toxopoid and omura...well wtf

also its a game and alot of its features would breaj the laws of physics and also a foreshadow and and omura dont fire railgun bullets they arent the same a foreshadow has a point bullet and an omura has a railgun bullet

Sometimes realism has to be sacrificed so that the gameplay isn't bad, like the first case. Imagine if they did, the game would be way worse

the foreshadow could be explained with the fact its a railgun maybe it just has high armor piercing ammunition

the reason its like this is because the bullets fall onto the walls, turrets and other things, except for plastanium, which just doesn't make sense.

I guess normal bullets just love colliding with the first obstacle... Energy weapons like railguns,lasers and electricity don't care at all... Then comes propelled bullets like missiles... What's up with them..?

Step 1 Make unit factory (You need to research it) Step 2 Put in required resources and get a power line to connect to it. Step 3. Wait. Step 4 Yay you got your unit and do shooty stuffs
