Author’s Bio:
Michael Morris is a cultural psychologist at Columbia University, where he teaches at the Graduate School of Business and the Psychology Department. A former professor at Stanford University, Morris earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Michigan after completing undergraduate degrees in Cognitive Science and English Literature at Brown University.
His groundbreaking research explores cultural influences on cognition, communication, and collaboration, as well as the situational and social factors that shape them. Beyond academia, Morris advises corporations, government agencies, NGOs, and political campaigns on culture-related challenges, bridging theory and practice to address real-world issues.
