Good to have an American Asian Female perspective. In Canada, we are not supposed to boast about our achievements and we have a strong social orientation so it makes things even worse. It's like if you rise, you have to flatten yourself out to avoid jealousy and show humility. so this is great talk for me to change my mindset. also I'd like to know how can middle-age professional re-enter the job market. most of the time, there's too much focus on young graduates. (sorry, I know this is school event with lots of foreign students). what about older workers who got laid off but are trying to return to work? they are often overlooked because companies like to hire fresh grades, especially foreign students, with updated skill sets and unweathered motivation. "local" older workers don't usually have these. maybe that's what older workers need to show...they can learn just as well as fresh grads and are still highly motivated..but have more wisdom.

The host asks her if liberal arts education is important, she goes "I went from investment banking, to fashion, to private banking".... like what? Earlier I think the hosts asked her where she got her passion for finance came from, she completely ignored that part. I guess she can't say...beucase of money. what a shxxxt show
